A more basic question.

What are the direct expenses of maintaining an MRAP even if its unused, and what are the subsidiary expenses that would arise from its use (such as gas, road damage).

I mean, up front, it’s free, but what’s the back end, particularly if it’s going somewhere where maintenance is cutting into a small county budget.
