I have a barracuda; his name is Sam. I caught him off the coast of Florida 50+ years ago. My poor father’s big catch was a grouper, and you don’t mount those, so he mounted my barracuda. He’s about 3.5 feet long, and swims above the window in my office.

Quite correct.
Groupers are for fine dining, not mounting.
