Jeeze it’s getting hard to figure out what’s socialism and what isn’t these days. My guess is that if government funds benefits you it’s good ‘ol capitalism and if it benefits poor people it’s socialism.

Socialism involves deliberate redistributionism, IME. If the government purchases a product or service from you, that isn’t socialism.
