One of the best qualifiers ever is how do they treat the people perceived below them.

Here’s a little exercise for everyone:

When you go to the supermarket and you’re pushing your stuff through the checkout, look at the cashier’s name tag and when you pay for your order say “Thank you [Cashier’s Name] have a great day!”

If you ask the bagger to help carry your stuff to the car, give them a tip.
