Well, tomorrow is my (60-1)^th birthday and I have to admit I’m disappointed in the world. When I was much younger I expected that by the time I hit 60 wars would be a thing of the past, racism just a bad memory, Mars & the moon colonized, and cars that flew.

What I find is a resurgence in racism, wars have evolved into sectarian gorilla atrocities, science and scientists are considered frauds and libertarian/rightwing assholes trying to destroy all the civil rights gains started in the 50s.
