Yeah, the anti-union stuff is always fun among libertarians. I think a lot of it has to do with the idea that unions often require membership and therefore are “free associations” and I get that on a philosophical level, but it doesn’t make a lot of sense on a practical level.

Yeah, funny thing - they have no problem with companies dealing strictly as a single entity in employer/employee relations. It’s only if the workers want to do the same thing that it bugs them.

Ask them if they think unions should be able to choose which member of Management they deal with, rather than having the company choose.
