Actually, it does. Charles takes responsibility, from what I have seen, for the content of his site very seriously, which is why this is where I go when I blog.
Charles does not allow lies to push one side or another. He is fair and truthful. We agree to disagree on whether it means anything like that.

Charles doesn’t have a tenth of the regular posters that Kos has. There is an order of magnitude of difference.
