I’m not sure it matters, but since so many of your rules are self imposed then knowing what her rules structure looks like might be instructive. Anyway, since she’s in another state there’ nothing in your rules that precludes honestly communicating your interest. It’s fear that’s keeping you from doing that, and fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
