As much as I might want them to remove the Confederate Flag from the Mississippi state flag, I’m not sure on what grounds, they’ll be able to force the state to do so. Is being un-American good enough, if you want to argue that it is unconstitutional somehow? I’m not sure how that would work and as offensive as it is, you can’t argue the symbol in and off itself oppresses anyone.

It’s not merely “Un-American” it is a symbol of ACTIVE TREASON against the United States.
