Hoenstly I could respect the right a little bit more if they didn’t try to claim they were carrying out Christ’s vision. You’re not and I’ll be the first to admit the left really isn’t either but we’re not claiming to use a Holy Book from 2000 years ago as our guide and what drives our politics. No doubt parts of the Bible influence my liberalism but they’re not the sole or even majority guide.
