Remember when dictators knew when the jig was up and had the termity to go into exile, get tossed in jail or get themselves killed by their own military or people once the tide had turned?

Why can’t Mugabe, Chavez or Achmedinjahd follow the sterling example of Ferdinand Marcos, Nicolai Caceascu or Manuel Noriega?
