Either he has spent some of his GoFundMe money on his own access, or he’s got some loyal follower who has access doing the legwork for him. Either way, I think using LN for the purpose of publicizing someone’s home address violates their TOS.

Or, he made the whole thing up about where he got the info (I repeat, he did get the address wrong twice.)
