So: even given the results of the abortion “referendum”, one has to wonder how the KS Lege is going to deal with the issue henceforward… “Gerrymandered to hell” without a doubt, but still GOPers: and probably* with today’s Republicans’ prevalent attitude about the wishes of the electorate.

They need to figure out how to get a majority of forced birth justices on the Kansas Supreme Court to end the constitutional right to abortion, despite what the voters prefer.
