Recycling is good, as long as it is done responsibly.

I get a lot of old computers, so taking the best parts and making a reasonably good machine isn’t too difficult. An 11 year old computer is still perfectly functional, but so slow that I’d upgrade it a bit anyway.

old machines are awesome for dedicated tasks, I’m gonna install linux on my old tablet Pc and make it into a weirdo music toy if I can
