No, they don’t. Christians worship one G’d that subsists in three persons; this is called the trinity. It’s a rather complicated dogma but it’s still a monotheistic one.

Well, that’s the problem. One counts by the persons. So there are still three gods. Otherwise what does “one god” mean? And yeah, yeah, saying that one should not strive to understand it as it is a dogma will make it go away ;)
