Yeah I don’t get it either but old grudges man. I just try to treat people as individuals. We had a very standoffish Peruvian dude when I worked at a tech firm. But you know what, I don’t judge all Peruvians because of that dude not just because my niece is half Peruvian-American but because her mom’s family even though, I’m juts their daughter’s brother in law treats me like another member of the fam. Even got invited this winter to my SiL’s older sister’s Christmas party.

My neurologist in the ICU got his medical degree from National University of San Marcos, the oldest University in the Americas (founded in 1551). So naturally I am a fan of all Peruvians.
