Right wingers have moved the goalposts now that Warren’s DNA results show her Native ancestry is from someone 6 to 10 generations back. Yes, she does provably have Native American ancestry, invalidating their earlier disbelief in her claims. Now, they say the small percentage of Native DNA proves she was milking it to gain some advantage somehow. Of course, the facts are she did not, as the Boston Globe investigation proves.

Case in point. James Dumbass Woods is also carping on the results, but I’ll spare you.

Elizabeth Warren announced that she is 1/512th Native American.

The fact it’s so important to her that someone 100+ years ago in her lineage was *possibly* Native American so she can use it for social/political purposes today strikes me as actual cultural appropriation.
