That seemed to be pretty much what you were suggesting. SCOTUS can’t hear cases that have not gone through lower courts, and the lower courts generally don’t hear cases where the victim is purely hypothetical.

no, it wasn’t at all what I was suggesting…this matter has been ruled on by the SC and they need to protect their ruling…totally far fetched and unworkable and a bad idea eh?…any other interpretation is your problem
