I’m not sure I know any good comprehensive sites off the top of my head. I can look for you, but I’m feeling kind of rotten at the moment so I’ll probably punt— you can remind me later.

Basically, right now we know that there are populations that are under-counted, because they are the populations that are less likely to respond to census workers knocking on their doors, or to have or give accurate information about their nehigbors. Think of the challenges in census-taking in a neighborhood where a large percentage of residents either have or might have warrants, or simply one where people tend to stay briefly before moving on. In addition, the homeless are currently undercounted.

The better methods is where it gets technical and I’m not able to sum it up.
