Your post is a very good one and it actually measures up with what I’ve read regarding US replacement policy in WWII.

On the other point: Of course I have selective memory bias, who doesn’t? I remember rebukes more than compliments, I admit it. But it still often feels to me like I get a harder cross-examination from you than most, though I’ll admit I don’t draw the heaviest of your fire (which you justly reserve for people who are acting like assholes or morons).
