While I was oot and aboot earlier I noticed a couple of points people were making on a previous thread that had I had the time and something other than my phone I would have added to.

There were a few pictures of gorgeous desert sunsets that impressed quite a few people, including me. I just wanted people to know that the official provincial motto for Saskatchewan is ‘Land of the Living Skies’. I’m convinced it’s about the flying cows, but our provincial leaders assure us it’s about our amazing sunsets, especially during harvest.

Another subthread was about a cartoon representing Muslim kids and I noticed a couple of people wishing the US could produce a decent show that dispelled the Muslim stereotypes. We had a series filmed here in Saskatchewan, not far from where they filmed Corner gas, called ‘Little Mosque on the Prairie’ that lasted from 2007 to 2012. It was anything but stereotypical.
