I think of the probably hundreds of decommissioned f15’s sitting out in the desert and just wish there was a quick way to de-mothball those. I’d bet there are way more Ukrainian pilots capable of flying jets than there are jets available just now.

Yeah, but the pilots they have know how to fly Migs. I imagine it would take time to train them on F-15s.
