The only new thing I could sleuth is they want to let the states decide about pre-existing conditions. Which should be an non-starter.
My understanding is that it’s the same as the last one except states now get to decide about pre-existing conditions if they allow high-risk pools and states can also make their own decisions about what constitutes essential health benefits.
You know, making it worse to bring the uber-conservatives on board.
