Imagine how that collection of images comes together in the deep south mentallity.

Now add that statistic to that highway poster…

The first billboard shown up there is in Missouri.
The second one is in Colorado.
The vandalized billboard is in Michigan.

None of which are “deep south” states.
Which leads me to believe that this mentality is not a “deep south” mentality.
