I remember when I heard Palin was the VP nomination, I thought “What the hell is this shit?” and resigned myself to the fact.

I was amused, and entertained, and even vaguely wondering if I might vote for McCain, for about fifteen minutes. Then she opened her mouth at the convention, and I realized that that wasn’t no spunky Alaskan governor, that was that gott-damn Culture Wars Loch Ness Monster again!
