I’m assuming you’re talking Booker-Lonegan? It’s pretty low key, though there’s been a spate of ads in the past week or so. Lonegan is also running radio ads that are a word salad of every conceivable bad word/thought you can have about Democrats:

radical, leftist, Obamacare, socialism, rubber stamp, corrupt, etc.

His message is all over the place.

In contrast, even Booker’s attack ads are on the uplifting side, by indicating that he’d try to push above the fray and concentrate on what New Jerseyeans want in the Senate and protecting their rights and values while indicating that Lonegan is out of touch with New Jersey and New Jersey values.

Thanks. I would imagine that if Christie was campaigning for Lonegan, rather than holding him at arm’s length, it’d be a tighter race.

I had never heard of Lonegan (or Bogota) until his Senate run. Was he actually any good as mayor?
