No. It is 1 cup mashed potatoes, 1 egg, 1/3 cup flour, and “some amount” (I kinda winged it) of shredded cheddar cheese and diced ham. They didn’t quite get fried all the way through; one was still very soft in the center, the other kinda soft but not so much. Based on this information, I would say they should fry for about 4 minutes a side.
