Good Morning Lizards.

So a friend of my husband is in a band. He’s about one of the only people who has lent a hand to help out around here. His band is playing at a little micro brew place down the road from our house next weekend.

He texted my son and asked him if I was doing ok and told him he hopes we can make it because he knows I am having a hard time and he thought getting out might cheer me up. So we’re going to see them and I will get to see how I handle my first social outing since long before my husband passed. I have to start somewhere. Even if just thinking about it makes my anxiety do that little rev up thing it does these days. I hate being a widow. Truly hate it.
