Funny how when Catholic priests get convicted of sex abuse, the evangelicals crow, but when it’s one of their own, it’s an anti-Christian witch hunt.

And funny how a witch hunt is a bad thing if the witches being hunted are your brother shysters pastors, but these guys have no problem quoting the Old Testament’s “you shall not suffer a witch to live” when they’re ranting against actual Wiccans.

And funniest of all:

When Susan died of cancer on April 8, 1982, Alamo claimed she would be resurrected and kept her body on display for six months while their followers prayed.

Talk about stinking the place up.

I think name changes automatically make anyone suspect. Would you buy a used doctrine from a guy named Bernie Hoffman? How about a movie starring Thomas Mapother IV?

Actually, I’d rather have a Hoffman than an Alamo. Remember, the Mexicans won that fight.
