Sides are corn on the cob and chips (but no Cheetos).
Troll is considered a white meat and as such I prefer to eat it with Chardonnay.
A Chardonnay… Aged in oak, stainless steel, or a mix? I prefer Stainless, but some mixed are quite good. Too much oak creates a very buttery Chardonnay which I am not fond of.
