Huckabee likes the idea of Israel as it exists in his own (delusional) mind. Israel as its exists in reality likely sends him into paroxysms of anger. Although I sure stories about Ultra-Orthodox Jews in Israel attempting to subject other Jews to their rules give Huck the warm fuzzies.

The Israel in their minds has as little to do with the actual country as the real Ronald Reagan has to do with their ideal image of him.
