It’s not a full break, more like a crack.
The painkillers do keep the worst of the pain under control.
What’s weird is that the site of the actual fracture hurts the least (most times not at all). It’s my lower arm, upper back and thighs that hurt the most, when I sit down and get up, and get in and out of bed.

oh, and the cat at 5 am standing on my shoulder asking “wazzup?”
