West Coast Choppers was Jesse James. The yelling guys are the father and son from Orange County Choppers.

They are two guys, father and son, who angrily argue with each other all the time. I don’t know what show as I don’t watch it, but I read an article once that the show was in danger of ending or did end because of one of their arguments.
