TL:DR - he’s not spending very much money at all…..at least compared to how much he’s allegedly raising. And the amount being spent on advertising is close to zero.

Interesting figures: particularly the (lack of) advertising expenses (he seems to have blown it all on the early primaries) - but what does “collateral” mean in this context?
