There’s some new fad (only calling it a fad since it’s so new)… eat your meals in 6 hours and fast for 18 2-3 days a week.
My diet is more like “eat when you’re hungry.” My weight tends to fluctuate between 115# and 125#.
My blood pressure is fine, though my cholesterol levels are marginal. The VA used to give me crap about the cholesterol but doesn’t any more, as it’s stayed the same for a couple decades.
