Thanks. I grew up around survivors during the ‘50’s and the ‘60’s and they all referred to “the war” and “the camps” but I don’t remember hearing the term “Holocaust” while I was a kid.

Can’t remember hearing any specific wording. Although I do remember it became more widely used in the 80s and thereafter.
