The royals don’t have surnames. Elizabeth is of the House of Windsor, Phillip is Mountbatten.

(Up to WWI, it was Saxe-Coburg-Gotha and Battenberg. Hyphenate THAT.)

When William and Harry were in the military and everybody had to go by last names… they were called “Wales”.
