re: #205 Michele: Out of the closet, Into the fire
One of the problems with his recommendations, and I see this quite a bit from other health professionals, is to only go to the grocery store every two weeks.
Well, many of us can’t do that.
The advice only applies to those who go to the store in a car, because two weeks of goods is too much to hand carry.

Many people who live in cities depend upon walking our using public transport. They can’t haul two weeks of stuff.
At best, most people can carry but a few days worth of stuff, if they have to go any significant distance.
