Other questions raised: Like, how do the grifters choose compounds to push on their marks? What sounds the sexiest? Where the generics available have the lowest price and they have the possibility to make the biggest markup?

Up until Ivermectin, as far as I’ve been able to tell, they have been picking things that have some veneer of anti-viral or immune-system-boosting properties. I don’t know how in the hell Viagra or any of those hormonal therapies entered that conversation.
