It’s physically and financially easier to make the cars stop. It is politically as hard to stop a car as it is to stop a gun. And equally deadly. Too bad there aren’t ‘gun overpasses’.
Right? Cars are strictly regulated, and nobody complains about that. The only reason we get away with that is because the Constitution doesn’t have an amendment that says “the right to keep and operate cars shall not be infringed.”
