It’s been a long stressful 2 months. I got everything the buyers needed done to the house last weeks and I finally was able to relax. Now this is happening. I don’t know what to do.

I have no idea what you should do either. I just know being stressed out helps nothing. Do you need to bribe your sister in law to cooperate?
