I predict the Court will vote 6-3 to allow SSM to be legal. Thomas, Alito and Scalia are diehard cons and would probably oppose it, and will find some convoluted logic to support their position.

I’ll predict 6-3 too. And yes I totally expect the so-con nuts that make up the majority of the GOP to go nuts over it.
