I’m 6’0” and I consider 180 to be on the low end of my ideal weight range. I wouldn’t call 175 “insane” but “implausible.” Depends on your build.

Yeah it does depend on build. I’ve always been husky. Built more like a running back or linebacker more than a receiver or track runner.
