Darth knows things, things he learned from sources he absolutely cannot reveal. My guess would be heads of state or second level operators in the Gulf or the ex-Soviet Central Asian republics. He is unusually well connected in the latter, a region that normally receives little attention from American leaders. It is very unlikely to be something domestic, since many others are as well connected in that arena and sources could almost certainly be revealed.
