I think Elder has a post up about the shopping the Hamas reps did while in Egypt, they don’t look like they’d be any different that Arafish if granted full authority.

I doubt they’d be any different. Their main source of funding needs to be dealt with, and that means Iran. Iran’s the one pulling strings. I wonder how well hamas, hizbullah and syria would do without them.
