Are you talking about fat ratio studies? I’ve read some info about studies related to ratios in other meat, like beef and chicken.

I had a nutritionist friend years ago. Farm raised salmon is high in Omega 6 fish oils (bad) vs. wild that is high in Omega 3 oils (good). Also, go to the store. Farm raised/$5 a pound. Wild/$15 a pound. (I know you use kilos)
