The season of finale of Fargo was as good as I’d hoped it would be. Just a great, great show - I actually think I enjoyed this more than True Detective. Off the wall characters that develop in completely unexpected ways. Billy Bob Thornton has the role of a lifetime.

Long form storytelling really works with Coen Brothers-type material. No Country For Old Men would have worked really well as a series like this — the film seemed too condensed in parts to really tell the full story.

I have met several people who could not STAND the movie “Fargo”. I can only assume they were dropped on their heads as babies.
