this was tried for real years ago when HOV came to florida

i got pulled over many times driving my bike in the left.

had to carry a printout of the traffic code sections explaining that if federal funds were used to build the lane (they were) then one person on a bike is classified as a HOV.

never got a ticket, but late for work or dinner a few times

How would that apply to a two-seat car like a Smart? There are motorcycles that weigh more than my car.
