HOA’s are made of up control freaks who failed to establish their very own totalitarian dictatorships.

Look, is it better for a personality like this to run a couple of blocks in Sherman Oaks, or, say, North Korea? Maybe HOAs are a mechanism to prevent people like this from achieving power on a larger scale.
