re: #161 The War TARDIS
I don’t have the Money for it. With so many of my friends being immigrants, I want to help them, and my nation out. And I really don’t have money for any classes.
My mom went to law school as a divorced mom of 7 without child or spousal support (judge told her ‘get a job’.) She worked and ran up debt. If you’re motivated, you’ll find a way If you’re not, you’ll have your reasons. She’s helped immigrants since she was still in law school.
I have two friends who are recent grads from law school who have opened their own firm to help immigrants. (One had help from family, both have debts.) That’s why I think being a lawyer will make a person well-equipped to help immigrants. Paralegal would be a start. Whining about money helps no one.
